We deliver the goods according to the agreements made with you.

First order DE: Minimum 500,00 Euro.

First order EU: Minimum 800,00 Euro.

Re-order: Minimum 250,00 Euro

Shipping costs within Germany are:

Standard shipping with DHL per parcel up to 31.50 kg, Euro 8.50.

Bulky goods per package Euro 34,00.

Pallet deliveries are calculated and announced individually.

Express deliveries are calculated and announced individually.

In addition, there is a packaging flat rate of 1,4% of the order value for plastic-free transport packaging.

Delivery dates and delivery periods are only binding if we have confirmed them in writing.

If we do not deliver the goods or do not provide them in accordance with the contract, you must set us a grace period of 2 weeks to effect the service. Otherwise you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Terms of payment

The purchase price is due with the order, for delivery on account with receipt of the invoice (also electronically). Payment for the goods is made in advance, SEPA collection or on account, unless we have agreed a different, individual payment method. We reserve the right to request payment in advance, especially for first-time orders.
